Registration is only for applicants who have not yet completed all of the requirements for Certification (CAC or CADC or CADC-II credentials only) but wish to begin the process. REGISTRATION is a two-phase process. In Phase-I, the applicant submits a REGISTRATION application, and, once approved, proceeds to take the IC&RC computer based exam. Upon passing the exam, the applicant becomes a REGISTRANT and is allotted five years to complete all of the requirements for Certification.
